Thank you for supporting the annual Catholic Services Appeal (CSA). You have elected to make a gift in the form of a pledge to the appeal using your bank account.

Please remember when making your donation:

Please select your parish from the dropdown list so that your parish is credited with your gift.
The appeal runs from June through March (10 months). If you make a donation any time after June, you will need to deduct the appropriate amount of months from the time you have to complete your pledge. (e.g. if you start a pledge in October, you will only have five months to complete it)
Transactions will be processed on the 15th of each month (either monthly or quarterly based on your preference).
The payment will appear on your bank account statement as "The Roman Catholic Diocese of Grand Rapids".
